1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the DressCode website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. DressCode may suspend accounts involved in fraud or misuse.

3. Products

Product images are illustrative. Minor variations in color, stitching, fabric shade, fit and finish may occur. Size charts are indicative only. Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting conditions, screen resolution, photography, and fabric dye variations.

4. Pricing

All prices are in INR unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. GST will be charged where applicable. All prices displayed on the DressCode website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, as indicated at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

While we make every effort to ensure that product prices and information are accurate, typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or system-related errors may occasionally occur. DressCode reserves the right to correct such errors and update the affected information at any time. If an order has been placed based on an incorrect price or product information due to a typographical or technical error, DressCode reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, if payment has already been received.

5. Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt only. Your order is accepted only when dispatched. DressCode may cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, fraud, or legal reasons.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through secure payment partners. DressCode does not store complete payment card details.

7. Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimates. Customers must provide accurate addresses. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping due to incorrect address, refusal, or non-availability.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only as per the Returns Policy. Used, washed, altered, damaged, clearance, and customized products are not eligible unless defective.

9. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after successful quality inspection to the original payment method.

10. Customized Products

Customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless defective.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, images, catalogues, text, graphics, and website content are the exclusive property of DressCode and may not be copied or used without written permission.

12. User Conduct

Users must not misuse the website, upload malicious content, infringe intellectual property, or engage in unlawful activities.

13. Limitation of Liability

DressCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase or use of our products or services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

In any event, DressCode's maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

14. Force Majeure

DressCode is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, war, government actions, or transport disruptions.

15. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the DressCode Privacy Policy.

16. GST

Business customers are responsible for providing correct GST details before placing an order. GST invoices are issued where applicable.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.

“These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.”

18. Changes

DressCode may modify these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the website.
